Order modules

The order modules can be freely connected to each other enabling the creation of any order path. Different order paths can be architected that are selected depending on order variables like price, region, shopping cart contents, weight, volume and customer selections.

Shopping cart

A shopping cart is used to store or collect products for an order. The shopping cart is many times the first step in the order process, it contains two connection points, one for shippable products and one for downloadable products.

Order shipping address

The order shipping address module is used to collect the customers shipping address during the order process. This module has two connection  points, one is used to jump to the invoice address module when the customer selected to have a separate invoice address and the other one is used to jump to the next module in the order path.

Order invoice address

The order invoice address module is used to collect the customers invoice address when the customer selected to have a separate invoice address besides the shipping address.

Order shipping method

With this module customers can select their preferred shipping method. The selectable shipping methods can depend on the given country/region, shopping cart weight, volume and price. All methods can be connected to separate order paths and contain a calculated price depending on the carts weight, volume and price.

Order payment method

With this module customers can select their preferred shipping method. The selectable payment methods can depend on the given country/region, shopping cart weight, volume and price. All methods can be connected to separate order paths and contain a calculated price depending on the carts weight, volume and price.

Order additional method

With this module additional methods can be defined, the selectable methods can depend on the given country/region, hopping cart weight, volume and price. All methods can be connected to separate order paths and contain a calculated price depending on the carts weight, volume and price.

Order comments

Using this module enables the customer to enter additional order comments, the comments are displayed to the shop owner when reviewing the order.

Verify order service

This module displays all order information to the customer, the customer can change the information or either place the order. Furthermore it is possible to display general terms and conditions that need to be checked before the order can be placed.

Payment provider

This module is the last step in the order process and enables the customer to pay the order price online (credit card, iDeal) or offline (bank transfer, money wire).
